Terms of Service
The rules for using Seedance 2.5. By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Seedance 2.5 is an independent AI video studio that lets you generate video and images using the Seedance 2.5 model and other integrated engines.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a third-party provider (such as Google). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Credits and billing
- Generations consume credits, which are purchased through our plans or credit packs.
- Paid credits and subscriptions are billed through our payment processor.
- Failed generations are refunded to your balance automatically.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to create content that:
- Is illegal, infringes others' rights, or violates privacy.
- Depicts real people without consent, or sexual content involving minors.
- Is intended to deceive, defraud, harass or impersonate.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Your content
You retain rights to the inputs you upload and, subject to your plan, to the outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image you upload.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date below. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
