Refund Policy
How credits, failed renders and billing refunds work.
Failed generations are refunded automatically
If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side or the model provider's side, the credits for that render are returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to contact us. We check the provider's status before charging, so a failed render should not cost you credits.
Credit purchases
Credits and credit packs are digital goods that are consumed as you generate. Because they are delivered instantly, purchased credits are generally non-refundable once any part of the balance has been used.
- Unused credits: if you have not used any credits from a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it.
- Duplicate or accidental charges: refunded in full once verified.
- Billing errors: if you were charged incorrectly, we correct it and refund the difference.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. We do not pro-rate partially used billing periods unless required by law.
How to request a refund
Email support@seedance2-5.video with the email on your account and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within two business days.
