What we collect

• Account info: your name and email from the sign-in provider you choose (e.g. Google).
• Content: images you upload and prompts you write, plus the video and images you generate.
• Usage & billing: credit activity and payment records handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card details).
• Technical data: standard logs and basic analytics to keep the service running and improve it.

How we use it

To provide generations, manage your credits and account, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Model providers

To generate content, prompts and uploaded images are sent to the model providers that run the engine (such as the Seedance 2.5 model). They process this data to return your result.

Retention

We keep account and billing records as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@seedance2-5.video. Depending on your region you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
